Miscellaneous

We may assign or subcontract any or all of our rights and obligations under these Terms (subject to adequate protection of your rights). We may alter these Terms from time to time and post the new version on the Clippasafe website, following which all use of the Chamber Website will be governed by that updated version.

If any provision of the Terms shall become or be declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, such provision shall be divisible and deemed deleted from them. These Terms and your use of the Clippasafe website are governed by the laws of England and Wales and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Returns Procedure

You must notify us in writing that you intend to return the goods within 7 working days, from the day after that on which you received the goods, for a full refund and the returned item must be received in a perfect and unused condition for the refund to be issued. As per our terms and conditions, the cost of returning any item is at your expense and we do not offer a collection service so you will need to use your own courier service. Ensure that a copy of your invoice is returned with the goods, together with your telephone and contact details.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This facility is available for unused goods only. If you return goods in a used condition, we cannot process them and no refund will be issued. If returned goods fail to arrive at our distribution centre, a proof of delivery will be required to issue a refund.
