Orders are despatched on the same or next working day. Orders are usually shipped by Second Class post. Heavier orders (safety gates and fireguards) will be shipped by courier.

We deliver to most areas of the UK mainland. For the following off-shore areas including Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and the Isles of Scilly; and for export orders, please call our Careline on: +44 (0)115 921 1899 for a shipping quotation.
Standard Delivery:
Spend over £60.00 and receive FREE delivery to mainland UK (excluding some parts of the Scottish Highlands). If your order is under £60, then a £3.95 delivery charge will be added at checkout to cover the cost of shipping your goods. If ordering a Safety Gate or Fireguard and your order for less than £60.00, a delivery charge of £7.95 will apply, as we have to use a courier to deliver these.
Offshore and Highlands Delivery:
Delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Isles, some of the Scottish Highlands and offshore Islands, a £3.95 delivery charge will be added at checkout to cover the cost of shipping your goods. If ordering a Safety Gate, Fireguard or other heavy or long product, a delivery charge of £19.95 will apply, as we have to use a courier to deliver these. Delivery to the following postcodes will incur the higher courier charges:

Delivery to Ireland:
A flat charge of £19.95 applies regardless of order value.
We do not offer a Saturday delivery service unless by special arrangement – please phone for a quote.
You must notify us in writing that you intend to return the goods within 7 working days, from the day after that on which you received the goods, for a full refund and the returned item must be received in a perfect and unused condition for the refund to be issued. As per our terms and conditions, the cost of returning any item is at your expense and we do not offer a collection service so you will need to use your own courier service. Ensure that a copy of your invoice is returned with the goods, together with your telephone and contact details
IMPORTANT NOTE: This facility is available for unused goods only. If you return goods in a used condition, we cannot process them and no refund will be issued.
If returned goods fail to arrive at our distribution centre, a proof of delivery will be required to issue a refund.
If your goods have been delivered damaged or faulty please let us know immediately.
Using the Contact Us tab above, inform us of the exact problem so that we can investigate the problem quickly and efficiently. The following information is required:
- Your order number
- Details of exact fault
- A photograph – in most cases we need to see a picture and often have to request one which can lead to a delay in processing the investigation. Please assume we need one (in the contact us form there is a box for inserting a picture)
- Make sure you retain the original packaging in case we have to collect the damaged product
- Include your telephone and contact details should we need to contact you

If you have a discount code, you will need to type it into the promotional box at the check-out stage to claim your discount. It will automatically be deducted off your total before you enter your payment details.
Mum and dads can carry their little one in a baby carrier up to the age of about 9 months. However, babies’ weights vary quite significantly at any given age, so as a general rule our Carramio is designed to carry a baby with a weight of 3.5kgs to 9.0kgs, which is approximately 7lbs 11oz to 19lbs 13oz.
Our Bump Belt is a soft seat pad that’s easily secured to the seat in any vehicle. The mum-to-be sits on the pad and fastens the conventional seatbelt as normal. Two elasticated flaps are then secured to the lap strap of the seatbelt, which keep the lap belt in a safe and comfortable position all the time. It’s designed to be used from two months pregnant, right up to birth.

It is important that before ordering that you measure the width of the gap where you need the gate to fit. We supply 3 widths of gate and 4 extension widths to enable you to fit gaps from 61cm up to 155cm. Measure the width at floor level and at 75cm above the floor. A downloadable PDF of the recommended gate and extension combinations for any given width is available from the product pages.
