Spend over £60.00 and receive FREE delivery to mainland UK (excluding some parts of the Scottish Highlands). If your order is under £60, then a £3.95 delivery charge will be added at checkout to cover the cost of shipping your goods. If ordering a Safety Gate, Fireguard, 180cm Finger Alert, or other heavy or long product, a delivery charge of £7.95 will apply, as we have to use a courier to deliver these.
Offshore and Highlands Delivery:
Delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Isles, some of the Scottish Highlands and offshore Islands – a £3.95 delivery charge will be added at checkout to cover the cost of shipping your goods. If ordering a Safety Gate, Fireguard, 180cm Finger Alert, or other heavy or long product, a delivery charge of £19.95 will apply, as we have to use a courier to deliver these.Delivery to the following postcodes will incur the higher courier charges:

We do not offer a Saturday delivery service unless by special arrangement – please phone for a quote.
You must notify us in writing that you intend to return the goods within 7 working days, from the day after that on which you received the goods, for a full refund and the returned item must be received in a perfect and unused condition for the refund to be issued. As per our terms and conditions, the cost of returning any item is at your expense and we do not offer a collection service so you will need to use your own courier service. Ensure that a copy of your invoice is returned with the goods, together with your telephone and contact details
IMPORTANT NOTE: This facility is available for unused goods only. If you return goods in a used condition, we cannot process them and no refund will be issued.
If returned goods fail to arrive at our distribution centre, a proof of delivery will be required to issue a refund.
Using the Contact Us tab above, inform us of the exact problem so that we can investigate the problem quickly and efficiently. The following information is required:
1. Your order number.
2. Details of exact fault.
3. A photograph – in most cases we need to see a picture and often have to request one which can lead to a delay in processing the investigation. Please assume we need one (in the contact us form there is a box for inserting a picture).
4. Make sure you retain the original packaging in case we have to collect the damaged product.
5. Include your telephone and contact details should we need to contact you.
